Penn Technical Staffing is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to contribute to the success of their team in Chadds Ford, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and inspecting heavy industrial and waterfront structures. Key responsibilities include:

* Planning, scheduling, and conducting detailed phases of assigned project work
* Preparing reports and correspondence concerning project direction
* Performing structural inspections, assessments, and preparing reports
* Collaborating with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects

Requirements:

* Minimum of five to seven years' engineering experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on structural engineering
* Master's Degree preferred
* Proficiency in computer applications and design software such as STAAD and Microsoft Office
* Strong reading comprehension of construction plans and technical writing skills
* Working knowledge of AISC, ACI, AWS, IBC, AASHTO, AREMA, and ASCE 7 Codes and Standards
