Position Overview: The Manager of Clinical Care Operations is tasked with overseeing the daily functions of the clinical care team, ensuring that all staff members are effectively supported and that operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily activities of the clinical management team, including staff assignments and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and address any issues raised by team members.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance departmental performance and service delivery.
  • Identify training needs and assist in the development of educational materials and programs for staff.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal care for members.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: A Master's degree in Social Work or an Associate's Degree in Nursing is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in care management within a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Skills: Strong knowledge of care management regulations, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in relevant software applications.

Licenses/Certifications: Current and unrestricted California licenses for either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Registered Nurse are required.
