POSITION: LEASING CONSULTANT
We are in search of a Leasing Consultant to become a vital part of the Hillpointe (Pointe Grande) team. This role is centered around fostering a lively community atmosphere. You will lead engaging tours for prospective residents and collaborate on creative marketing initiatives, positioning yourself at the forefront of attracting and retaining residents.
The ideal candidate is organized and customer-oriented, thriving in a dynamic environment where adaptability and creativity are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales and leasing operations to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
- Oversee apartment inspections and maintenance to ensure smooth move-in processes.
- Partner on marketing strategies and enhance social media presence to drive traffic and increase occupancy.
- Utilize property management software for efficient data handling.
- Engage with potential and current residents to guarantee their satisfaction.
- Implement lease renewal strategies to improve resident retention.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from residents and clients.
- Identify and propose opportunities for process enhancements and innovative solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in internet usage, word processing, spreadsheets, and other office software.
- Prior experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Ability to access all community areas physically.
- Valid driver's license for property operations and local travel as needed.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn property management software (preferably Yardi or One Site).
