Job Summary:The NICU Registered Nurse is a critical position that requires a high level of professional expertise. The successful candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to our patients, assess patient needs, develop and document individualized nursing care plans, and administer medications and interventions as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including assessing patient needs and developing individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and interventions as necessary, in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Supervise and guide nursing attendants and ancillary staff to ensure that patient care activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Minimum of 2 years NICU (level III or higher) experience required.
- Infection Control Training.
- Effective English communication skills.
- Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems.
