Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in providing exceptional food quality and service. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and food preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and service

  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes

Requirements
