Job DescriptionWe are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Physical Therapist to join our team. As an in-home care specialist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.
- Evaluate and treat patients in their homes, providing expert physical therapy services to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.
- Work collaboratively with our exceptional support staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient coordination of patient care.
- Take advantage of our innovative tiered referral system, designed to provide a larger number of referrals within a smaller radius in your preferred territories.

- Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit, ensuring timely payment for your services.

- Enjoy weekend support staff consisting of experienced case managers, available to aid with any questions or concerns.
- Participate in our messaging app, allowing therapists to communicate directly with office staff, case managers, and other clinicians treating mutual patients.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A strong background in physical therapy, with experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
