Hillcrest Health Services is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our team at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE.
Responsibilities- Oversight of daily and ongoing staffing to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control logs, patient assessments, care plans, and wound rounds in the neighborhood.
- Attend daily Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and bring forth items requiring follow-up from team members.
- Provide education and training to facility team members on Medicare documentation and management.
- Ensure the neighborhood is prepared for new admissions.
- STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- At least three years' experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
- At least one year of leadership experience as a unit manager or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) preferred.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or a compact state.
