Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a rewarding educational setting. This full-time position offers the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of students by providing specialized therapy services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine individual student needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique requirements and goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment for students.
  • Deliver therapy services to students both individually and in group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor student progress closely, adjust interventions as needed, and actively participate in IEP meetings to advocate for student success.

Qualifications

  • Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Possess a valid state license to practice Occupational Therapy.
  • Demonstrate prior experience working with school-aged children in a therapeutic setting.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
