Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Appointment Setter to join our team at 360 Talent Avenue. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging customers, and scheduling appointments to promote solar energy solutions in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet customers and engage them to generate interest in solar energy services.
  • Provide detailed information about the benefits of solar power and explain the consultation process.
  • Proactively schedule sales appointments using a smartphone or tablet.
  • Track and log leads accurately daily.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to build strong relationships and increase lead generation.
  • Report on performance metrics and provide insights on appointment conversion and lead quality.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of retail or customer service experience.
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and proficiency in using a smartphone.
