Occupational Therapy Assistant Position for Clinical Support

Reno Orthopedic Center seeks an Occupational Therapy Aide to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our Physical and Occupational Therapists, Assistants, and other Aides in delivering top-notch therapy services.
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop strong relationships with fellow healthcare professionals and providers while contributing to the success of our clinics. Our Occupational Therapy Aides are essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics, and we are committed to their growth and development.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing treatment areas and equipment before and after patient appointments, including cleaning and maintaining safety protocols. They will also greet patients, direct them to the appropriate treatment area, and assist therapists with non-treatment aspects of therapy services following universal precautions.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a High School Diploma/GED and experience in providing customer service. Preferred qualifications include experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a clinical environment at Reno Orthopedic Center's main location. The schedule is 37 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel to other clinic locations as needed.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. This includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
