**Job Overview: **

This position supports the sales team at WLOX, responsible for coordinating digital orders, managing inventory, and creating sales collateral. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with experience in design software and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Coordinate digital orders and manage inventory changes">
  • Create sales collateral and assist with reporting">
  • Assist the traffic department with order entry and copy">
  • Coordinate with other departments on projects as needed">
  • Assist with research, traffic, and programming functions within the sales department">
  • Digital order entry and monitoring campaigns">
  • Fulfill and monitor all digital campaigns with follow-up">
  • Organize and deliver campaign reports on deadline">

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills">
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment">
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail">
  • Experience with design software, social media, paid digital ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics a plus">
