About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Provide education and training to pharmacy staff on new medications, treatments, and technologies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
