Position Overview:

The Cytometry Laboratory Specialist is responsible for executing clinical laboratory procedures, conducting examinations, and performing various tests in accordance with established protocols. This role includes maintaining laboratory equipment and records, as well as engaging in quality assurance activities that require independent judgment and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Certification from ASCP or NCA is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an accredited clinical laboratory, with at least 1 year in a setting that offers a similar range and volume of testing and instrumentation.
