Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations and reduce costs.
  • Ensure effective training and coaching of team members to ensure technical and personal objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain equipment and unit operation standards and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with laboratory and manufacturing instruments/equipment.
  • Previous leadership roles.
