Traveling Nuclear Medicine Specialist

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is currently seeking a traveling Nuclear Medicine Specialist for an exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine Nuclear Medicine procedures, including Cardiac and PET/CT scans.
- Assess images for technical quality and perform necessary post-processing of data.
- Ensure accurate patient identification and provide exceptional patient care.
- Execute quality control checks on imaging equipment to maintain optimal operation.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday.
Employment Type:
- Travel position with a duration of 15 weeks.
Compensation:
- Estimated earnings of approximately $2592.00 per week, with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $29.00 to $34.00, based on an 8-hour shift.
- Additional non-taxable stipends may apply, subject to eligibility.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine and/or PET/CT.
- Proficient in IV catheter placement.
- Required certifications: NMTCB or ARRT(N), BLS.
- State License as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Georgia.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift between 50-100 lbs.
