About the Role
As a Charge Nurse in our Behavioral Health department, you will provide safe and compassionate patient care while serving as a leader and advisor to your team. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care is delivered to our patients, while also promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
• Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
• 2 or more years of experience in clinical specialty
• Nursing Certification of specialty area within 3-5 years of hire
• Maryland Registered Nurse License
• American Heart Association BLS Certification
