About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team at W3Global Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all levels of auto-related infractions and crimes, as well as some general crimes. You will work closely with our dedicated legal assistant to complete administrative tasks, ensure the calendar is up to date and conflict-free, and facilitate client communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in court and with the DMV for auto-related infractions and crimes
  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to discuss their cases and provide guidance
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking and marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with our team of lawyers to change courtroom culture through effective advocacy
  • Communicate with senior attorneys to ensure cases are handled efficiently
  • Perform legal research and writing, including motions and pleadings

Requirements

  • California Bar License in good standing
  • At least 1 year of relevant criminal law experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients
  • Bilingual English/Spanish in all communication modalities is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
