Soccer Referee Position

i9 Sports is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Soccer Official. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enforcing rules, promoting a positive culture, and providing a fun and safe experience for players, coaches, and spectators.

• Enforce i9 Sports rules and regulations to ensure a fun, learning, and safe environment for all players.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values, to promote a positive and respectful atmosphere.
• Manage game time, scorekeeping, and provide age-appropriate instruction and competition.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and provide superior customer service skills to ensure a high level of satisfaction for our customers.
• Assist with field setup and breakdown, as well as transporting equipment to and from the venue.
• Officiate games for ages 3-12 years old, promoting a fun and engaging experience for all participants.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with players, coaches, and spectators.
• Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience to ensure a high level of expertise.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work weekends during the full duration of the season.
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
