Oncology Nurse Navigator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oncology Nurse Navigator to join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Serve as a liaison between the surgeon, patient, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Assist with tracking the progress of our oncology program and identifying areas for improvement
- Provide pre and post-operative education to patients and their families
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, physicians, and community partners to improve patient care and services
- Promote patient, family, and physician satisfaction through effective communication and resource utilization
- RN required; BSN preferred
- Current Florida State RN Licensure
- BCLS, ACLS required
- At least 2 years experience in oncology nursing
- Oncology Certification or obtained within 1 year
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and stress management skills
