We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, processing orders, and coordinating shipments.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process daily inventory transactions, including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
  • Receive incoming shipments and efficiently transfer them to designated storage locations.
  • Maintain order accuracy throughout the entire fulfillment process.
  • Construct containers and pallets for safe and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Manager regarding inventory levels, shipment status, and any operational concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience operating a forklift is beneficial but not required.
  • Proficiency in computer operations is essential; additional computer skills are advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing, walking, and reaching for extended periods (8+ hours per day).
  • Capacity to lift 20-40 pounds repeatedly and up to 50-70 pounds occasionally throughout the shift.
  • Physical aptitude to work in various positions, including kneeling, bending, stooping, crawling, overhead tasks, and climbing ladders.
  • Ideal candidates are self-starters, safety-conscious, and highly motivated individuals.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening is required.
