Position Overview

We are in search of a committed individual to take on the role of Vice Principal. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in fostering educational growth and ensuring the effective management of the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating a productive learning atmosphere throughout the institution.
  • Support the Head of School in comprehensive administrative duties.
  • Act as the Head of School during their absence.
  • Engage in the development and execution of initiatives tailored to the unique requirements of the school.
  • Assess and enhance the instructional framework within designated departments.
  • Oversee the procurement and utilization of educational resources.
  • Coordinate support services for all students, including those with special requirements.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives to set educational objectives.
  • Help manage the school's facilities and grounds.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of the educational programs.
  • Review departmental performance in line with established guidelines and policies.
  • Assist in orienting new staff and maintaining personnel records.
  • Support the management of student behavior and enforce disciplinary measures as necessary.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and evaluation of school personnel.
  • Facilitate effective communication with students, staff, parents, and the broader community.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional Certification in Educational Leadership.
  • 2-5 years of pertinent experience.
  • Background in student instruction.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Competence in data management and report preparation.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
