Position Overview

The compensation for this role ranges from $29.92 to $46.72, contingent upon relevant experience.

This role operates on a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a dedicated Float Radiologic Technologist to become a vital part of our team. We are committed to transforming the field of radiology, ensuring it serves as a pivotal initial step in accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Join us in our mission to enhance patient care.

As a Float Radiologic Technologist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality imaging services to patients and referring healthcare professionals across various facilities. You will foster positive relationships with radiologists and other medical practitioners who rely on our services. This is a full-time position, adhering to the specified schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

(85%) Imaging Duties

  • Generate diagnostic images in designated areas
  • Conduct quality assurance tasks as required
  • Encourage and maintain excellent customer relations with patients, healthcare providers, visitors, and colleagues
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace to promote safety for patients and staff
  • Keep precise patient records within the Radiologic Information System (RIS)
  • Utilize a Fluoroscopy C-Arm during surgical and outpatient procedures

(10%) Departmental Support

  • Engage in staff meetings, contributing to team discussions
  • Assist in the upkeep of an updated radiographic protocol manual
  • Handle incoming calls for the department

(5%) Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other tasks as assigned
