Key Responsibilities
  • Circuit Design and Development: Design and develop high-quality circuits for standard cells and memories, ensuring optimal performance and power efficiency.
  • IP PPA Analysis and Vendor Comparison: Perform in-depth analysis of IP performance, power, and area (PPA) and compare vendors to ensure the best possible solutions for our products.
  • Customization of Foundation IPs: Customize foundation IPs, including memories, standard cells, GPIO, and eFUSE, to meet the specific requirements of our SOC products.
  • Specification and Requirements Management: Provide clear specifications and requirements to vendors, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Debugging and Issue Resolution: Debug and resolve complex issues related to verilog, GLS, DFT, power management, and UPF modeling IPs, ensuring that our products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • IP Usage Guidelines and Bug Tracking: Create and maintain IP usage guidelines and analyze bug tracking data to ensure that our products are reliable and efficient.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong background in foundation IP development.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of standard cell and memory design, RTL to GDS flow, and scripting skills in Python.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and independent work skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
