How You'll Contribute:
ABC is looking for a meticulous individual who is professional, diligent, and accountable. This candidate should be eager to learn and apply specialized knowledge of pest management techniques to effectively serve our clients.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license issued at least five years prior to the application date.
- Previous experience in pest control is not required - we offer paid training.
- Ability to work on roofs, at heights, on ladders, and in crawlspaces.
- Dependable and disciplined with a commitment to year-round work.
- A serious, sincere, and cooperative individual.
- Capable of managing specialized tasks efficiently, with confidence and competence.
- Ability to adhere to guidelines and procedures established by both ABC and the Texas Department of Agriculture.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Preferred experience in managing routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
- Must maintain an active Driver's License and be insurable.
- Availability to work at least one Saturday per month.

Your Responsibilities:
- Listen to customer concerns regarding pest control services and recommend appropriate treatments or solutions as needed.
- Identify various pests, their sources, and develop solutions to eliminate and maintain a pest-free environment, along with prevention strategies.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
- Ability to work on roofs, at heights, and on ladders.
- Apply chemicals and/or mix solutions in various forms to eliminate pests inside and around buildings.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
- Prioritize workload, work under pressure, and manage difficult customer interactions while maintaining professionalism.
- Comply with all requirements set by the TDA licensing authority and participate in continuing education courses provided by ABC.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Proficient in using electronic devices, including company phones and software, to perform job-related tasks efficiently.

Please note that if an offer is extended, we conduct pre-employment screenings including a Drug Screen, Physical & Physical Performance Evaluation (PPE).
