We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Monitoring Agent to join our team at SCRAM of California. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely monitoring of individuals, fostering program compliance and contributing to the overall success of our electronic monitoring initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with team members and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Continuous learning and professional development opportunities are also available.
Responsibilities- Conducting intakes, including screenings and assessments.
- Managing all new referrals, including scheduling and managing all enrollments and installations.
- Install, remove, and conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of our equipment.
- Manage daily alerts.
- Conduct other related services such as home detention monitoring and drug testing.
- Continuous monitoring and surveillance.
- Timely and accurate reporting.
- Communication and collaboration with team.
- Technical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Feedback and improvement contributions.
As an Electronic Monitoring Agent with SCRAM of California, you can expect a competitive salary of $20/hour, a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan that includes an employer matching contribution. In addition, employees working 30 hours or more per week, on average, are eligible for health and welfare benefits including medical coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, FSA, HSA, and additional programs.
