In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, from routine cleanings to complex implant surgeries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow
  • Prepare patients for treatment, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical histories
  • Take and develop digital x-rays, as well as facial scans and photos
  • Provide post-operative instructions and care, as prescribed by our doctors
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with our team and patients

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in dental assisting preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental assistant, preferably in a general dentistry or specialty practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Cialdini's Principles and ability to apply them in a sales-focused practice
  • Able to commute within 40 minutes of Corsicana, TX

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses based on office production.
