At USPI, we're seeking a skilled and compassionate Surgical Technologist to join our innovative team. As a key member of our surgical team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our surgery center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare operating rooms with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a sterile environment for procedures.
  • Anticipate the needs of surgeons and medical professionals, passing instruments and supplies efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain a smooth flow of procedures, adapting to changing conditions as needed.
  • Monitor and assess patient and team safety, proactively resolving any potential issues.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience as a surgical technician.
  • Current CST certification.
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
  • Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
