We are looking for an aggressive self-starter who possesses dedication, professionalism, and strong people skills. This is a fast-paced business with a reputation for quality, custom reports, and outstanding customer service. We will provide on-the-job training for the right individual (must possess a TREC license) to join our team as a part-time inspector, which can lead to full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough home inspections using the latest technology and equipment
  • Provide detailed, customized inspection reports to clients
  • Communicate effectively with real estate agents, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, in various weather conditions
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

  • TREC License with designation: Professional Home Inspector
  • Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and listening skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
