We are looking for an aggressive self-starter who possesses dedication, professionalism, and strong people skills. We will provide on-the-job training for the right individual (must possess a TREC license) to join our team as a part-time inspector, which can lead to full-time opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough home inspections using the latest technology and equipment
- Provide detailed, customized inspection reports to clients
- Communicate effectively with real estate agents, customers, and other stakeholders
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, in various weather conditions
- Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
- TREC License with designation: Professional Home Inspector
- Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
