Lead Esthetician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Esthetician to lead our Esthetics Department and provide exceptional skin care services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, training and coaching estheticians, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

• Oversee and manage the Esthetics Department, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard.
• Train and coach estheticians on skin care services, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Monitor and maintain professional and retail product inventory and supply usage.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Meet sales and revenue targets, and contribute to the growth and success of the spa.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest skin care trends and techniques.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge and understanding of skin care services, products, and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; esthetician license and certification preferred.
