We are seeking a highly skilled Building Management Draftsperson / Project Assistant to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a key member of our building management department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, construction, and operation of buildings for various purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage CAD drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with project participants, including team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Support the planning process by providing presentations on project status to various target groups.
  • Assist with the preparation and follow-up of project meetings, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Manage project documents, maintaining organization and accessibility.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for department management and project teams for administrative inquiries.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in CAD software, preferably with experience in construction planning.
  • Knowledge of BIM planning principles and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Theoretical understanding and practical experience in project work and project management processes.
