Next Move Healthcare is seeking a skilled Oncology Care Professional to join our team in Grapevine, Texas.

**Estimated Salary:** $53/hour

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to work on a 20-bed Oncology Unit, delivering high-level PCU-level care, chemotherapy, cardiac drips, and post-op surgical care for conditions such as breast, bladder, lung, and colon cancer.

Patient ratios include 1:4 for PCU/Oncology and 1:5 for Med/Tele. As an Oncology Care Professional, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including a pharmacist and social worker, to provide comprehensive patient care.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can conduct patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, administer chemotherapy, and collaborate with teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop tailored care plans
  • Administer chemotherapy and deliver high-quality oncology care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families to empower informed healthcare decisions

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program
  • An active RN license with at least 2 years of recent acute care experience
  • BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
  • PCU/Step-down experience is preferred; chemo training must be completed within 90 days
