Job Summary:

This role serves as the manager of a clinical program, providing staff supervision and coordination for patient care. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in healthcare management and a strong background in nursing.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $53.04 - $83.95 per hour, with additional compensation available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare management
  • Preferred qualifications: Provider BLS - American Heart Association and 3 years of experience in hospice, home care or call center
