Key Responsibilities:- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to the dishwashing machine.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures to ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
- Polish silver using burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, and hand cloths as needed.
- Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
- Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards, sweeping and mopping kitchen floors as needed.
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
- Remove trash and place it in designated containers, steam cleaning or hosing out garbage cans as needed.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, helping to load and unload supplies and product.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity

- Ability to work a part-time schedule, Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 2:30 pm
