ROLE OVERVIEW
The Junior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in upholding financial documentation by utilizing accounting principles and techniques, ensuring that transactions are accurately recorded, accounts are reconciled, and financial reports are timely generated.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Examine and authenticate invoices, expenditures, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and other financial statements.
- Resolve discrepancies related to entries, balances, vendors, accruals, and chargebacks.
- Assist in compiling data for the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Perform additional relevant tasks as required or assigned.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
A comprehensive understanding of fields such as bookkeeping, sales, business management, and finance.
Equivalent to a bachelor's degree, along with 0 to 6 months of pertinent experience and/or training, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLSAbility to read and understand materials such as policy manuals, safety guidelines, operational instructions, and procedural documents; Competence in drafting standard reports and correspondence.
Skill in communicating information and addressing inquiries in face-to-face and small group settings with customers, clients, the general public, and colleagues within the organization.
NUMERICAL ABILITIESProficiency in calculating values and sums such as discounts, interest rates, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Capability to apply principles such as fractions, ratios, and proportions in real-world scenarios.
ANALYTICAL SKILLS
Ability to utilize logical reasoning to follow detailed written or verbal instructions. Competence in resolving issues involving a few known factors in routine situations.
