Job Description

As a Property Maintenance Specialist at Pratum Companies, you will be responsible for maintaining the property's structures and common areas to ensure they are in excellent condition.

Your duties will include:

  • Conducting routine inspections of the property's grounds, buildings, and equipment.
  • Performing repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Assisting with turns, service requests, and make-ready processes.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • May ready and apartment turns.
  • Hanging, installing, patching, repairing, finishing drywall including texture matching, and painting.
  • General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service.
  • Rough and finish carpentry skills.
  • Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including snow blowers, lawn mowers, and small hand tools.
  • Basic knowledge of repair to common appliances, and devices.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in drywall/sheetrock repair and painting.
  • A strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
  • The ability to lift weights of up to 50lbs independently and 100lbs with assistance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience.
