We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Operator to join our clients production team. The Assembly Operator will be responsible for assembling components, subassemblies, or products using hand tools, power tools, and machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble components, subassemblies, or products using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Work in a team environment to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures for product assembly operations.
- Identify and address any quality control issues or defects in the assembly process.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the production team.
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours at a time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A competitive hourly rate of $18.5 - $20 per hour.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution.
