Responsibilities- Exceed monthly sales quotas by effectively promoting and selling preferred handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories.
- Deliver complete, high-quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics, including sales volume, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
- Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics, as indicated by management.
You will also be responsible for adhering to all policies, as outlined in the Handbook and other company communications. This includes mastering all required systems, regularly checking sales paperwork for discrepancies/errors, and protecting and maintaining Company assets.
Requirements- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have reliable transportation to location, training, and off-site meetings.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
