McNees is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Legal Administrator to support our Real Estate team in Devon, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple timekeepers, including document production, proofreading, and formatting.
- Track deadlines and maintain calendars to ensure seamless project execution.
- Offer exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal administrative role, preferably in Real Estate transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
