Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a current state license as a CSFA and have at least 2 years of recent experience as a OR CSFA. As a Surgical First Assistant, you will work closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth execution of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the surgical team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment
Requirements:
  • Current state license as a CSFA
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a OR CSFA
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
