We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at TLC Nursing Services. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide physical therapy services to patients with various orthopedic conditions
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedics
* Degree in physical therapy from an approved APTA school
* Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in OH-BLS (American Heart Assoc.)

**Preferred Skills & Experience:**

* One year of outpatient experience, will consider new grad

**Education & Certifications:**

* Degree in physical therapy from an approved APTA school
* Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in OH-BLS (American Heart Assoc.)

**Work Schedule:**

* Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
* Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
* Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

**Work Environment:**

* Outpatient orthopedic setting
