We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in South Windsor, Connecticut. As a key member of our educational community, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to provide individualized speech therapy services.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with K-12 students, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and parents to support student progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based speech therapy programs for students with communication disorders
  • Assess and diagnose students' communication needs, developing treatment plans to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to ensure consistent support for students
  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and treatment goals
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Connecticut
  • American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification in Clinical Competence (CCC)
