Job Description

As a Guitar Technician Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert repair services for customer-owned instruments
  • Maintaining store inventory and ensuring it is in good working condition
  • Developing knowledge and skills in product, store operations, sales, and leadership
  • Training learners and communicating information and techniques effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
  • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
