Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of patients to determine mental health needs and diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address a range of mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with correctional staff, attorneys, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and interventions.
Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from an accredited university.
  • Three years of experience working in a psychiatric hospital or correctional facility preferred.
  • Current license as a Psychologist in Massachusetts.
  • Designated Forensic Psychologist (DFP) or actively pursuing DFP certification.
