Role Summary

The Technology Support Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Technology Team, ensuring that both academic and administrative operations run smoothly. This position is designed for individuals who possess a solid understanding of IT principles, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding support to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical assistance across the entire school community.
  • Diagnose and investigate issues; meticulously document, track, and oversee the resolution process to guarantee timely outcomes.
  • Maintain and support software applications, hardware, and technological equipment.
  • Manage inventory of technological resources, including distribution and collection of equipment as necessary.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and students, including technology orientation sessions.
  • Assist with user account management and access across various platforms.
  • Deliver comprehensive training for hardware and software through in-person sessions and create user-friendly documentation.
  • Coordinate technical setups for meetings and events, addressing audio-visual requirements.
  • Support the technology team in various functions, including data management and security initiatives.

Physical Requirements
