Position Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished Tax Manager to oversee our tax services and lead our talented team. This role will involve managing tax compliance and planning for a varied client base while fostering the growth of our internal staff. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of tax regulations and a solid background in corporate and international taxation. A successful track record in tax advisory and accounting is essential, along with experience in financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee tax planning, compliance, and preparation for both domestic and international operations.
  • Develop strategic tax plans for federal and state obligations.
  • Conduct in-depth tax research and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Mentor and lead a team of tax professionals, focusing on their development.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's in Taxation or CPA designation is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a tax management or public accounting role.
  • Proven experience in a senior tax position.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws.
  • Expertise in corporate and international tax matters.
  • Strong background in tax advisory and accounting.
  • Proficient in financial planning and statement preparation.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
