About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will be responsible for assessing and supervising the nutritional needs of our patients in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of our facility and the American Dietetics Association.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and supervise the nutritional needs of patients in a behavioral healthcare setting
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition required
- Certification as a registered dietitian
- One year of clinical dietitian experience in a healthcare environment
- Prior work with a mental health population strongly desired
