Farm Technician Job Description

At Axelon Services Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Farm Technician to join our team. As a Farm Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our agricultural operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Crop Management: Responsible for the operational work in the fields to grow crops successfully.
  • Resource Management: Utilize farm facilities, machinery, and equipment in a safe and proper manner, performing maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Farm Equipment Maintenance: Conduct troubleshooting and repairs of farm equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Mathematical Calculations: Perform basic math calculations for mixing pesticides, fertilizers, disinfectants, and other chemicals.

As a Farm Technician, you will also be responsible for performing tasks outside of regular working hours, including crop management, pest control, and security checks. These tasks are compensated accordingly and are an essential part of the job.
