**Responsibilities**
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to address their unique requirements.
- Implement evidence-based practices to ensure safe and effective patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and provide education to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
**Requirements**
- Current RN licensure in the state of Mississippi.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical records.
