Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team-based, transdisciplinary model providing evaluations and ongoing services to young children and families.


About the Role
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments with children on designated caseloads, integrating information from various sources to develop a holistic understanding of each child's needs.
  • Design and deliver family-centered speech therapy services that reflect developmentally appropriate practice and cultural/linguistic sensitivity, collaborating with parents and other team members to develop individualized goals and objectives for each child's service plan.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of required paperwork and documentation, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with a strong foundation in child development and communication disorders.
  • Licensed speech therapist in the state of Arizona, with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience serving children, preferably with expertise in working with children with feeding difficulties.
  • Experience building workflow processes and working as a systems thinker, with a strong ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
