Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is a critical role at Hilton Mystic, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and organizational skills to reconcile all hotel cashier transactions, review and compile management reports, and ensure the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reconciliation: The Night Auditor will be responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions, including credit card payments, cash handling, and other financial transactions.
• Management Reporting: The Night Auditor will review, organize, and compile management reports on a timely basis to ensure that all financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Guest Billing: The Night Auditor will ensure the accuracy of guest billings, including room charges, food and beverage charges, and other expenses.
• City Ledger Transactions: The Night Auditor will reconcile and ensure the accuracy of city ledger transactions, including taxes, fees, and other charges.
• Communication: The Night Auditor will effectively communicate with all levels of management to address any concerns or issues related to financial transactions.
• Guest Services: The Night Auditor will perform guest services functions as required, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation, and reservations.

Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience: Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer Knowledge: Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Availability: Overnight shift availability-11pm-7am.
